This release is the 1st version of the yellow labels releases with with no suffix after the label matrix numbers and "Mfg. by Atlantic Recording Corp., 1841 Broadway, New York, N.Y. address" printed.
The spelling of the song title is "TERMINATION" on the label, "TERMINATON" on the sleeve.
