Review from CBR: "Dick Troutman and Brian Maruca have created an interesting "midi-comic" called Street Angel #1 about a ghetto-living vigilante 9th grade skateboarder in the "Angel City" of a slightly future America. She's enlisted by the mayor to thwart a mad geologist who intends to return the continents to their original antediluvian positions as one huge landmass. I may be imagining it, but there seems a lot of Mike Allred influence in both the writing and the art, but that's a good thing, and Street Angel is lively, funny and off-the-wall.”
